It is easy and fun. Simply select one of our three Santa letter templates and follow the step-by-step instructions. All letters are in English and you can see how the letter will look before your order your letter from Santa. Just enter some basic information such as your child’s name, age, gender, hometown and their best friend’s name. We will only collect the information needed to personalize your child’s letter and get it shipped to you. Your letter will be mailed in the exclusively-designed Santa Claus Greeting envelope with a special postmark.

How much does the service cost?
The cost of the service depends on which one of the three packages you select. Our packages are probably the most affordable gift you will buy and it will likely be the most memorable one as well. Payment processing is through PayPal. After you choose your options you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure page to process the payment. After payment processing is completed you’ll receive a receipt of payment to your email account.
When will my letter be delivered?
After you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive your child’s personalized letter from Santa within 5-7 business days within the United States and 10-15 business days internationally. Once it’s arrived, put your letter near the fireplace or under the tree with your child’s favorite gift and tell your little one that Santa Claus stopped near your house delivered it.
Can I pay by mail instead of online?
We use a secure third party payment processor (PayPal) so that you can order online with complete security. They offer you the ability to pay online via credit or debit card. We do not accept payments via standard mail due to potential delays with the postal service during the Christmas season.
What payment option do you offer?
PayPal currently accepts customer orders via Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® and debit cards with the Visa® or MasterCard® logo. No PayPal account is needed to order with us. If you do not wish to use a PayPal account, you also may pay via an online check direct from your checking account. We no longer accept payments via mail due to high order volumes during our busy Christmas season.
